Yes, we do! We offer tablescape, decor, candlelights, and arbors. Please inquire for more details or visit www.thewildfleurco.com/rentals to view our installation rentals. Clients receive a discounted rate only for our installation rentals. 

Do you offer rentals?

Currently, that's not part of The Wild Fleur Co.'s offerings. However, we've worked with a number of vendors in the past that we're happy to share with you who can preserve these special moments. Please inquire for our preferred vendor list. 

Do you offer bouquet preservation services?

As your floral designer, I'm here to guide you and make suggestions throughout the process. I recommend finalizing your color palette at least 3 months prior to your wedding. The final design board draft must be approved 30 days prior to your wedding. Please keep in mind that florals are ordered 30 days prior to your wedding date. Flowers are ordered once the final balance is made. 

How far in advance should I finalize the color palette?

We recommend finalizing the itemized floral list before the 30 day mark, which means, we recommend obtaining your RSVP's prior to the 30 day mark since this affects the table count. Please keep in mind that the balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding. 

When does the number of centerpieces/florals need to be finalized?

Wedding flowers are disposed of in a green bin unless otherwise discussed. We never reuse flowers for another event. If clients request individual flowers to be pulled or if they would like to keep them, additional fee's may apply. 

We are offering a new service in 2024 to upcycle your flowers to hopsice patients. Please inquire for more details. 

What happens to my flowers after the wedding?

We understand that things can happen beyond your control and we will give clients the opportunity to return the vase(s) within 2 weeks of the wedding date. If the rented vase(s) cannot be returned, an additional fee may apply per missing vase(s).  

What if guests accidentally take home the centerpieces with your rented vases?

Site visits are always included if our $12k minimum is met. It's very important that we understand the logistics, load-in, and layout to ensure a smooth wedding day setup, especially if it's a venue we haven't worked at. 
Mockup's are highly recommended at least 2-3 months prior to your wedding date. The cost starts at $500 and depends on the florals requested. Please inquire for more details. 

Do you offer a site visit and mock-up?

We absolutely can! Most of our weddings use 25-40% locally sourced product and we are striving to reach 50% locally sourced blooms by the end of 2024. Working with growers in our community requires extra time and investment but we are happy to find a solution if this is important to your event.

Do you offer 100% locally sourced blooms?

We are glad you asked! It is our goal in 2024 to incorporate more sustainable practices into our business. We will never reuse your flowers or candles, but with your permission and for a small fee, flowers may be donated to hospice patients or a local church. The reason for the fee is that we have a team come in the day after your wedding to pull, deliver, and donate the flowers. The same can be done with your wedding candles.
