Rentals

  • Simply email rentals@thewildfleurco.com for availability and to book your rental. 
  • A signed contract and 50% deposit is due to secure your rental date. The balance is due a week before pickup. 
  • Bookings are for 4 days and pickups can be arranged for Wednesday or Thursday.
  • Pickup and drop off location is in Concord, CA.
  • Drop off return is on Monday between 10am-2pm. Returns after 9pm Monday night will accrue a late fee of $150.
  • Additional fees apply for delivery and pick up to/from ANY other location.


We now provide installation rentals to fellow planners, clients, and florists. From your classic arch to modern frame to the deconstructed arch, we got you covered.

You will receive an invoice via Quickbooks where you can pay via credit card, ACH, or bank transfer. No additional fee's are applied. 

How do I pay for my rentals?

The security deposit is non-refundable but you can use that credit towards a future rental booking. 

What if I need to cancel my booking but already paid my security deposit?

Yes, for an additional $75 fee. 

Do you offer delivery to the San Francisco Market?

We recommend booking out at least 6 months in advance. 

How far in advance can I book?

We understand that things can happen but a damage fee will apply upon further assessment of the rental.
